Dosing by means of flow sensors
Dosing control is good – and even better with our flow sensors: Because our counters not only guarantee the correct mixing ratio during the entire application, but also safety, and the highest quality in the end result. This applies to single-component materials for applying exactly the required quantity of adhesive or sealant, but just as well to two-component materials: Our flow sensors permanently ensure the mixing ratio specified by the manufacturer, thus guaranteeing that the material will exhibit the desired properties too.

Precision that works
We use gear and/or screw spindle counters depending on the application, and offer you maximum dosing precision by monitoring the volume/mass flow and dosing quantities with the highest exactitude using a very precisely fitted measuring unit. In the process, the rotation of the measuring unit is contactlessly recorded by a signal pickup system and converted into digital pulses tooth by tooth. Thanks to a special recording system with greatly increased pulse resolution, even the smallest volumes can be measured with great accuracy. Grey cast iron and stainless steel are available as materials, along with various mountings to also enable optimal measurement of filled media.
Transparency for more efficiency
You can link our system controls with your ERP system and/or Excel to conveniently monitor and/or log the dosing and mixing ratios there. By assigning parameters like the mixing ratio, dosing volume, ambient temperature or humidity to every component, you can achieve maximum transparency for your production, and boost your efficiency.

The mastermix gear drive is a servo-motor controlled gear pump metering system which enables the reliable processing of even the most sensible materials. The systems extreme high accuracy of dosing allows the usage of disposable plastic mixers.
