In 1993, our company founder, Thomas Schwartz, began working diligently and part-time towards his dream of entrepreneurship. Initially, he focused on the repair and maintenance of shoe machines in the garage of his private residence in Hilst. 

Through his global travels as an application engineer for a renowned German adhesive manufacturer, he encountered mixing and dosing systems, along with the associated process engineering challenges related to sealants and adhesives. Thomas identified a lack of high-quality manufacturers in this industry for mixing and dosing systems. Recognizing the need for systems perfectly tailored to individual customer requirements, coupled with extensive experience, and complemented by excellent advice on sealants and adhesives, as well as service and spare parts support. Driven by the desire to fill this market gap, he founded his own company in 1998 and dedicated himself entirely to the t-s-i.de brand from 2000 onwards.

The initially successful startup temporarily relocated its headquarters to Münchweiler after several moves. In 2003, following further expansion, the first proprietary production facility was acquired in Vinningen, and since 2018, production has been taking place in Waldmohr. 

Thomas is confident that the success story of the family business, t-s-i.de, will continue in the future.
