Rotor blade bonding system

The mastermix blade series has been especially developed in close cooperation with material manufactures and industry experts for rotor blade bonding. The result was a perfectly tuned system (adhesive, machine, application and process technologies) for bi-component adhesives with high outflow combined with a high level of process safety.

  • because of the short application time of the machine and a quick hardening of the material, a further processing of the bonded rotor blade can take place significantly earlier as compared to the previously used systems
