Two-component mixing and metering gear pump system.

The mastermix gear drive compact is a gear pump metering system especially designed for the processing of fast curing 2-component products. The highly compact system, designed for mobile application equals in performance to a standard system. The system high accuracy of dosing allows the usage of disposable plastic mixers. Thereby the loss of material due to base purging, as well as the costs for consumables and spare parts, are reduced to a minimum. The very quick amortisation of the investment is the result of the high cost-saving potential of the system. For certain materials, an eccentric screw pump can be used as an alternative to the gear pump.
