The protective pipe is used to attach static mixers 0001-9998-1236 to the t-s-i.de material joints. It ensures a clean connection and thus prevents material from leaking between the material joint and the mixer. It also serves as a guide for the mixer in order to compensate for its elastic behavior and any shape deviations, which can be particularly problematic with long mixers.
Additionally, there is an outer thread at the tip of 0001-9998-0200 to connect the following adapters:
- 2000-0306-1004T (Adapter rubber nozzle)
- 2000-0306-1005T (Adapter male thread M15x1,5)
- 2000-0306-1011T (Adapter male cartridge coarse thread S15)
- 2000-0306-1012T (Adapter female thread 1/4" NPT)
Attention: Only tighten hand-tight and without tools!
