The mastermix gear drive robot is a gear pump metering system, especially designed to process fast curing 2-component materials with robots or linear systems. The systems high accuracy of dosing allows the usage of disposable plastic mixers. Thereby the loss of material due to base purging, as well as the costs for consumables and spare parts, are reduced to a minimum. Short amortisation of investment is the result of the high costsaving potential of this system.
