The mastermix gear drive is a servo-motor controlled gear pump metering system which enables the reliable processing of even the most sensible materials. The systems extreme high accuracy of dosing allows the usage of disposable plastic mixers. Thereby the loss of material due to base purging, as well as the costs for consumables and spare parts, are reduced to a minimum.The very quick amortisation of the investment is the result of the high cost-saving potential of the system. Content: Humidity sensor to monitor temperature and humidity to protect your production processes; according to DIN EN 61000-6-2 and DIN EN 61000-6-3. Incl. visualization in the touch panel. The sensor can be transferred to a higher-level controller via an interface. Process parameters can be defined together with mixing ratio, component number, batch number of the processing material, etc. can be linked and stored. If necessary, warning limits can be set up in the control system.
