The Teflon-coated adapter enables the installation of all metal nozzles with an external (male) 1/4" NPT thread and thus a wide range of possible uses.
IMPORTANT: The scope of delivery only includes the adapter without protective tube or nozzle!
Technical characteristics:
- Teflon coating for easy and fast cleaning
- Internal thread on the inlet side for easy mounting on the t-s-i.de protective pipes with external thread (e.g. 0001-9998-0200)
- Including O-Ring to properly seal on the static mixer
- Internal (female) 1/4" NPT thread on the outlet side for mounting numerous metal nozzles with external (male) thread (eg. 0001-9994-1/4-03X043)

The protective pipe is used to attach static mixers 0001-9998-1236 to the t-s-i.de material joints.
It ensures a clean connection and thus prevents material from leaking between the material joint and the mixer.
It also serves as a guide for the mixer in order to compensate for its elastic behavior and any shape deviations, which can be particularly problematic with long mixers.
Additionally, there is an outer thread at the tip of 0001-9998-0200 to connect the following adapters:
