2C material valve with 2 cylinders

Pneumatic 2-component valve (aluminium) with retractable pistons, which ensure precise control of spot and shot volume. After each shot, the pistons retract material from the end of the mixing nozzle, to minimise “after drool”. A- and B-component can be separately controlled for example to purge with A-component or to use variable shifting times.

• Easy to clean / completely dismountable
• Optional in stainless steel version, recommended for corrosive acrylics or epoxies
• Mechanical separation from material-chamber and pneumatic cylinder’s
• Both pistons lubricated twice with special grease for moisture sensitive adhesives
• A and B-component can be greased separately to avoid curing in the valve
• Specially coated pistons to resist abrasive adhesives
• Optional different material connections, depending on mixing ratio and viscosity
• Optional night cap’s and ratio check cap
• Optional retaining nuts and protective pipes for a wide range of static mixers
• Can be used as hand-held or stationary unit
• Optional we offer electric or pneumatic handles for actuating the air cylinder at the valve
• Max. material pressure 360 bar (dependent upon system)
