Pneumatic 2-component valve (aluminium) with retractable piston, which ensures precise control of spot and shot volume. After each shot, the dual pistons retract material from the end of the mixing nozzle, to minimise “after drool”.
- Easy to clean / completely dismountable
- Optional in stainless steel version, recommended for corrosive acrylics or epoxies
- Specially coated pistons to resist abrasive adhesives
- Optional different material connections, depending on mixing ratio and viscosity
- Optional night cap’s and ratio check cap
- Optional retaining nuts and protective pipes for a wide range of static mixers
- Can be used as hand-held or stationary unit
- Optional we offer electric or pneumatic handles for actuating the air cylinder at the valve
- Max. material pressure 360 bar (dependent upon system)
