1C material valve

Pneumatic 1-component valve (aluminium) with retractable pistos, which ensure precise control of spot and shot volume. After each shot, the piston retract material from the end of the mixing nozzle, to minimise “after drool”.

• Easy to clean / completely dismountable
• Mechanical separation from material-chamber and pneumatic cylinder’s
• Specially coated piston to resist abrasive adhesives
• Material connection block is also dismountable for easy cleaning and exchangable
• Optional night cap available
• Usage of different nozzles is possible
• Can be used as hand-held or stationary unit
• Optional we offer electric or pneumatic handles for actuating the air cylinder at the valve
• Max. material pressure 360 bar (dependent upon system)

Connections:

• 1 x M15x1,5 thread to connect customary nozzles to the material connector
• 4 x pneumatic hose D=4 mm (outside)
• 2 x material connection with optional available elbow adapters
